Scooter forums are a great place to learn more about scooters and communicate with other scooter enthusiast.  Here are two of the more popular ones.

From International Scooterist BBS

ZNEN makes good bikes, but buying online is a poor idea. The problems described in the scootdawg review are typical and an actual dealer would have found them and fixed them before you got the scooter.

ZNEN made the Baron bikes and I would describe them as better than average Chinese. The Lance Powersports bikes have several improvements internally that have proved superior, like a real wiring harness and beefier subcomponents.

We find the ZNEN bikes sold from dealerships that can support them tend to last between 28,000 and 35,000 miles before people throw them away vs rebuild. Ironically, bikes bought online without real PDI's tend to be done before 12,000 miles. I think it is due to the attitude of the buyer wanting to get around paying for anything, so they ride with the bike not set up, and then they don't do routine maintenance.

Fly and Lance Powersports scooters are ZNEN bikes, Chinese yes, but good ones with a good record for quality, build and parts availability. Local is nearly always best over online sales. Get the best bike for your buck and sit and ride a few first if you can to check your fit. It will vary.
