Warranties – All of our new street legal scooters come with a minimum of a one (1) year or two (2) year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties are available.
Our Hyosung motorcycles come with a two (2) year warranty, year one (1) is parts and labor and year two (2) is parts. Extended labor warranties are available.
Fender-to-Fender Warranty – All of our new street legal scooters and motorcycles come with a three (3) month or 1,000 mile fender-to-fender labor and parts warranty that covers everything on the street legal scooter or motorcycle against defects, or premature failure. This warranty even covers light bulbs and battery. The only thing it does not cover is damage from an accident, damage caused from dropping the scooter or owner abuse. Tires are not covered from road hazards such as cuts or nail punctures.
Extended Warranties - Extended warranties are available and must be purchased at time of the new street legal scooter. Standard warranties and extended warranties are transferable for a fee of $100.00 as long as all required maintenance has been done and verified, except for CFMOTO scooters. CFMOTO has no fees for the transfer to a new owner.
Free Service – Your street legal gas scooters first oil and gear oil service, at 500 miles, is provided by us at no-charge.

When you compare the quality of our scooters and motorcycles to the competition and review our warranties to theirs it will be clear to you why our prices are lower and our products are a better value.
There are other Charlotte area scooter shops that sell products for less money, brands such as Peace Sports, VIP, Cool Sports, Gator, Baja, Eagle, Velocity, Jonway and Roketa. The reason they are less expensive is because they are built using cheaper parts and are of lower quality. We work on these lower quality products that were purchased at these other shops and what we have seen is that within just a few months they start to fall apart and break down, costing the owner hundreds of dollars in labor and parts cost to keep them running.
These lower quality units are sold by dealers that also don’t have an adequate supply of parts or mechanical experience on staff to fix the units when they do break down, leaving the customer stranded. Their shops look like grave yards of the brands they sell.
Before you purchase one of these lower quality units please take the time to talk to some of the people that have. Ask them if they had it to do over again would they buy the same brand of bike or buy from the same dealer again.
